Family Fun Night is a Booksin tradition that has been held for many years. This event closes out the school year and celebrates our families as we go into summer, offering an evening of carnival-style games, activities, and food. The 2024 event will be held on Friday, May 3.

Booksin families and friends may purchase tickets via the BESCA Shop. Volunteer opportunities for Booksin families and youth volunteers will be posted on Konstella closer to the event. 

This year, BESCA is introducing an exciting sponsorship program. Local business owners and families have the opportunity to help fund this important community-building event. Every dollar raised helps BESCA continue to fund enrichment programs (such as music, art, garden, and recess support), field trips, and classroom support our students and teachers enjoy throughout the year. Sponsors will have the opportunity to sponsor a carnival game of their choice and enjoy the benefits of having varying degrees of publicity to the 700+ Booksin families and estimated 2,000 attendees at Family Fun Night. With nine of these opportunities, sponsors are encouraged to sign up sooner and secure the game of their choice!

We are also offering the opportunity for local businesses to have a table at the event to promote their goods and services. We will provide the folding table and space; you provide the information for our attendees and staff the table. Please note that tables are subject to approval from BESCA and Booksin administration.

We have opened up an opportunity to get involved with sponsoring games/activities on a slightly more modest scale. We’re calling this our Tabletop Sponsorships. As mentioned before, Family Fun Night is both a great social event, and also a fundraiser for our school to help fund all of the extra activities our children get to enjoy (art, music, PE, etc). We will make a tabletop framed sign for these smaller sponsorship opportunities (ranging from $250-$300) thanking sponsors that will be up the night of the event. This level of sponsorship will include an 8”x10” framed sign thanking the specific sponsor (for example, “Booksin Grampa’s” is sponsoring the Cotton Candy). For $250, you can sponsor the Lollipop Tree, Fishing Game, Face Painting, or Popcorn, and Blow Up Slide for $300.
