This year's Walkathon, Louie’s High Flying Adventure, will take place at Booksin Elementary school on Saturday, October 19, 2024

Sponsoring our Walkathon is one of the best ways to support BESCA, our school’s non-profit parent organization responsible for organizing and funding many of the programs that enrich the hearts and minds of our Booksin students. Last year our students walked over 6,300 miles and we raised $230,000 which funded 90% of our programs for the year.

Your support for this event helps raise awareness of your business among our large school community while also supporting a very worthwhile cause. Sponsorship levels range from $350-$1,000+.

Artwork Specifications

When you complete your sponsorship registration, you will be directed to a link to upload your logo/artwork for web use, the t-shirt and/or banner artwork. If you did not submit your logo or banner artwork during your sponsorship registration, please submit all your artwork by Friday, August 30, 2024 here.

Platinum and Gold Sponsors - If you do not supply a separate artwork file for the banner, we will use the logo you submitted for the t-shirt.

    • *.png or *.jpg file format

    • Color or one color logos are acceptable

    • Logo only, your image should not include any contact information

    • Minimum size: 500px x 500px (If your logo is more horizontal it should be at least 500px wide. If your logo is more vertical, it should be at least 500px high.)

    • *.eps or *.ai - vector format

    • Logos need to be single color - black

    • Logo only, your image should not include any contact information

    • Must fit and be legible within a 2” W x 1“ H space

    • Text should be converted to outlines

    • Avoid thin lines and tiny text as they do not cleanly reproduce in t-shirt printing

    • Due to low resolution, please do not submit images taken off the web

    • Banners should only include: Logo, phone number and/or URL

    • .eps or .ai - vector format

    • Color or one color artwork is acceptable

    • Text should be converted to outlines

    • Banner size is 48” W x 30” H (we will resize artwork as needed)

    • Images taken off the web will not work

    • If you provide your own banner artwork, bleeds are ok, but leave 4” of space around   your main artwork for the grommets.
